We assist NP students and nursing programs in locating clinical preceptors across diverse settings, including Acute Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/Women's Health, Pediatrics, Psychiatry/Mental Health, and various other specialties.
Start with registration, which involves entering personal information followed by rotation details.
Once you select a rotation, one of our team members will contact you to answer any questions about the process. The preceptor will review the details of your clinical request. This process takes an average of 3–5 business days.
When the preceptor accepts, we complete university paperwork. Depending on the clinical rotation site, additional approvals may take up to 7 days.
Once paperwork is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email — this is when the remaining balance is due. You'll also receive the preceptor's resume, license information, and board certification.
Submit the completed paperwork to your university as soon as possible, and keep in contact with your clinical coordinator.
Once university and clinical rotation site paperwork is complete, your preceptor will schedule your start date.
A $200 refundable deposit is required to begin the process. The deposit is applied to the final payment and is not an additional fee. Rotation prices vary based on specialty, location, and clinical needs.
